Rosemary Mackenzie is the Executive Director of Mellow Parenting – her background was initially within NHS Administration, but she has spent over 24 years working within the voluntary sector in events/training and management roles.
Jan Smith
Finance Officer
Jan Smith is the Finance Officer for Mellow Parenting. She has worked in different charitable organisations for over 20 years looking after their finances.
Sharon Kinloch
voluntary admin assistant
Sharon Kinloch is a voluntary admin assistant working three afternoons a week for Mellow Parenting. Her background includes working within the NHS and the Education Department.
Dr Christine Puckering
Consultant/Principal Trainer
Dr Christine Puckering is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Chartered Forensic Psychologist and a Full Practitioner member of the Division of Neuro-psychology of the British Psychological Society. She has more than thirty years of experience of working with children and families both in clinical and research positions. She is currently Consultant Clinical Psychologist within Neonatology and Maternity Services in NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde; Honorary Senior Research Fellow in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in the University of Glasgow, Honorary Lecturer in Forensic Psychology at the Glasgow Caledonia University and a full partner in the PS Partnership (Psychology and Communication Services). As one of the original authors of the programme, Christine is also Consultant to the Mellow Parenting Organisation, principal trainer and supervisor which helps fill her strong interest in infant mental health.
James Fargie
Project Coordinator- Teen Bumps
James is the Project Coordinator for the Teenage Mellow Bumps. He is currently in the process of rolling out the Mellow Bumps antenatal programme to teenagers across Scotland. He is also working as a CAMHS Therapist one day a week and is a Refuge Worker for Aberlour Childcare Trust. James has trained as a Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology and, as a father to two children himself, is passionate about providing support for fathers. He is also currently piloting a father orientated version of the Mellow Bumps known as Dad Matters.
Harriet Waugh
Research and Development Assistant
With a background in psychology and infant mental health, Harriet is working on programme development and research/evaluation of existing programmes. She is currently working on the Teenage Mellow Bumps project which involves evaluating the programme along with facilitating some of the groups and is involved with the programme development of a new universal online programme for fathers.
Maria O’Neill
Admin Assistant
Maria has over twenty years experience in the public sector focussing on providing support for community services especially adult education and youth work.
