Cancellation/Postponement

Mellow Parenting will make every effort to reschedule a course if for any reason it cannot take place on the agreed date. In the event of a trainer being ill, then alternative dates will be offered. In the event that the client wishes to cancel terms are as follows: Cancellations made between six and three months from the date of training referred to in this agreement will receive a refund of 95%. Cancellations made between three and one month from the date of training referred to in this agreement will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations made within one month from the date of training referred to in this agreement will not receive any refund and will be liable for full course fees paid or due to be paid in terms of this agreement.
