Mellow Parenting is expanding its direct delivery work across Scotland, creating exciting new opportunities to join our growing team.
Thanks to new funding from The Robertson Trust, Glasgow Whole Family Wellbeing Fund and National Lottery Young Start, we are launching new projects and building on our existing work to support more parents, carers, children and young people through our relationship-based, trauma-informed programmes.

About the Roles
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have experience delivering group-based work with families, parents or young people.
- Use a relational, trauma-informed approach in their practice.
- Are passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
- Can work independently while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team.
