To strengthen this commitment, we recently refreshed our visual identity with the creation of the Mellow Families – a set of bespoke characters developed in collaboration with an external artist.
Moving away from generic graphics, the Mellow Families reflect the diversity, warmth, and authenticity of the communities we support. These new illustrations capture the heart of what Mellow stands for, helping us communicate in a way that is both distinctive and meaningful to the families we work alongside.
